Data Use Committee

The function of the Data Use Committee is as follows:

1) Provide advice on the most useful data on the national level. What do our leaders need to hear? What data is no one else reporting? This advice will help guide our future collection and analysis.

2) Provide advice on the best presentation of the data we have now. What should we talk about? What should we bury? What can we trust?

3) Provide advice on external requests for our data. Who do we let look at it? Under what circumstances? What is the priority and pricing?

Participants Committee

The function of the Participants Committee is as follows:

1) Provide advice on how to move contributing practices to "denser" reporting of data, especially in the area of patient outcomes. How much can we reasonably push for? What tools should we offer? What advice do groups need?

2) Provide feedback on practice-specific reporting from NACOR. What information and format will be most useful to participants? How should we weight administrative data vs. outcomes? What reporting cohorts make the most sense?
