ASA Practice Survey

The American Society of Anesthesiologists reached out to the Anesthesia Quality Institute to collaborate in developing a practice survey. AQI developed the survey based on the input of ASA’s Committee on Large Group Practices headed by Dr. Patrick Giam.

This survey will be used to answer questions based around:

• Current practice models
• Future payment models
• Increase in national practice models
