2018 MIPS final scores
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released the final 2018 MIPS scores on July 1. To view final scores, Eligible Clinicians must log in to their HARP accounts with CMS, as AQI does not have access to final scores. Letters with final scores will not be sent to clinicians. Practices without HARP accounts can obtain them through the CMS Enterprise Portal by selecting "PQRS: Physician Quality Reporting System" when prompted to "Choose your application."
Practices who were enrolled in 2018 Quality Reporting can view their data under "Historic Submissions" in the new NACOR platform. Email AskAQI@asahq.org with questions about the 2018 data.
Targeted review for 2018 MIPS scores
Eligible clinicians (ECs) and groups who believe an error was made in their 2018 MIPS scores may request a targeted review by CMS. The deadline to submit a targeted review is September 30, 2019, and CMS may request practices submit additional documentation to support their appeal.
ECs and groups can request a targeted review by visiting the Quality Payment Program (QPP) website and logging in with HARP credentials. For more information about how to request a targeted review, review the 2018 Targeted Review Fact Sheet (PDF) and the 2018 Targeted Review FAQs (PDF).
NACOR dashboard access
Existing user accounts for the NACOR dashboard will now use their email address as a username in the new platform. Emails from NACORSupport@asahq.org were delivered to existing user accounts on July 1 and July 15. A third round of emails will be sent to inactivated user accounts on July 29. The email provides the credentials necessary for users to log in for the first time and will prompt users to configure two-factor authentication and change their password. Two-factor authentication will send a code via email and/or text message to your cell phone.

Register now for 2019 NACOR reporting
Practices who would like to participate in 2019 NACOR reporting should register. All practices (new and renewal) should complete a 2019 registration form. For 2019 AQI's NACOR reporting options include NACOR Quality Reporting (Qualified Registry, Qualified Clinical Data Registry), NACOR Benchmarking, NACOR Basic and Quality Concierge. The easy-to-use price chart will help practices determine which NACOR option to use in 2019.
NACOR Basic and NACOR Benchmarking do not include quality reporting to CMS for MIPS. Practices must register to review 2019 data. Practices that are enrolled in Quality Concierge do not need to complete the 2019 order form. Registration automatically renews for these practices.
