2019 MIPS Final ScoresCMS is scheduled to release final MIPS scores in July. To view final scores, Eligible Clinicians must log in to their HARP accounts with CMS, as AQI does not have access to final scores. Letters with final scores will not be sent to clinicians. Practices without HARP accounts can obtain them through the CMS Enterprise Portal by selecting "PQRS: Physician Quality Reporting System" when prompted to "Choose your application." |
Register for 2020 NACOR reportingQuality reporting practices can register for the Anesthesia Quality Institute's (AQI) 2020 NACOR Quality Reporting by completing the new online order form. NACOR is a designated QR and QCDR for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' Quality Payment Program. AQI's NACOR quality reporting options include the following offerings in 2020 to ensure that NACOR remains the leader in anesthesiology: Quality Concierge, NACOR Quality Reporting, NACOR Benchmarking and NACOR Basic. All practices re-enrolling in NACOR Quality Reporting, Benchmarking or Basic should complete a new order form for 2020. Practices enrolled in Quality Concierge are not required to complete the form. |

Benefits beyond MIPSPractices and physician anesthesiologists submitting data to the Anesthesia Quality Institute's National Anesthesia Clinical Outcomes Registry (NACOR) are finding they can use the data for business development, hospital performance goals and managed care contracts. They are also becoming more efficient in local quality improvement processes too. NACOR benchmarking allows practices to report their billing and administrative data, as well as continue to report quality measures (MIPS and QCDR) without submitting to CMS.
